Leadsoon helps customers describe target buyers, fund a wallet, submit campaigns, and receive lead batches. Customers are responsible for accurate account information, lawful use, and any outreach they perform with delivered leads.
Campaign details, cadence, pricing estimates, and delivery timelines may depend on the brief, market conditions, approval status, and available balance. Lead replacement rules should be defined clearly before launch.
Customers pre-fund a wallet before campaigns start. Platform fees, refunds, credits, reserves, and payment processor terms should be disclosed before funds are captured or debited.
Customers may not use Leadsoon to violate law, send prohibited outreach, abuse platform infrastructure, upload harmful files, or request lead data for discriminatory, deceptive, or otherwise restricted purposes.
The service may change as Leadsoon improves product flows, vendors, pricing, and compliance requirements. Any production terms should explain notice, suspension, termination, and liability limits.
