We may collect account details, billing details, campaign briefs, support messages, usage events, and files you upload. We may also process lead and prospect information needed to source, verify, deliver, and replace leads.
We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, manage wallets and payments, deliver lead batches, provide support, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and meet operational or legal requirements.
We may rely on vendors for hosting, authentication, database, payments, email, analytics, observability, storage, and lead delivery operations. Vendor access should be limited to what is needed to provide the service.
We design the product so customer-owned data is scoped to the right user, sensitive server modules stay server-only, and operational actions are auditable. Data should be retained only as long as needed for service, compliance, dispute resolution, and accounting.
Customers should be able to update account information, request support, and ask about access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information where applicable law provides those rights.
For privacy questions, contact the Leadsoon team through the support channel listed in the product or on the public site.
